Smiles Everyone,I so wish your weather is as beautiful as it is here right now.
I’m a few days behind on my pillow challenge, but, better late than never…
Couldn’t think of a cute name for this pillow and I made one for St. Patty’s Day and really liked how it turned out, check here to see how it was made.
The only difference for the Ruffled Flower was on the last (top) circle…
Instead of sewing the smallest fabric circle on top I decided to add a ribbon flower. Using a piece of white ribbon I started to make “folds” and sew down until the area was filled. I added a cute button I found at Jo-Ann’s to add some more texture.
Once you get the hang of it this is a very quick and easy pillow to make.
Reminds me so much of spring that has arrived early.
Several have asked me why they haven’t seen the room, because it’s getting a red0!
I have several paint swatches on the walls, curtains are being made,
And it’s just not presentable yet.
The colors here are my accents colors, berry, yellow, and a tad of orange. The main wall colors will be green.
I am so nervous, I haven’t changed the color in over 13 years.
This is big deal for me!!!!
Do you like the pillow?
