Hello charming friends,
It was so nice, and enjoyable, to have taken a week off. It was difficult the first two days then I just flowed into enjoying time with family and friends during the holidays. I hope your Christmas and New Year celebrations were filled with joy.
With 2014 ending, and a new year beginning, it’s the perfect time to reflect on the Charmer’s 2014 memories! These memories also include you, taking the time to stop by and share your sweet comments and friendship. Friends might not physically meet…but kindred spirits always find a path to friendship.
My number 1 viewed post:
My New Master Gardening Series (MGS): When To Prune Lilacs
The series was very successful and I will be starting back up soon. It made me feel really good to know I was helping you to be a better gardener!
Several kitchen updo’s were, cottaging her up a bit, and still not done. But who said Rome was built in a day! Why should I be faster then them?
3rd: Did Ya Know Series: What Are Natural Flavorings?
The post was to written to help enlighten you to what “natural flavorings” really contain!
This was my most favorite vignette, I love winter, and felt this vignette really captured it.
It’s funny how an idea just hits you, and that’s what happened when I spotted four chafing dish lids at GW!
6th: Another post on our Kitchen Updo: Ralph Lauren Chair Covers
Another creative moment struck when I spotted a Ralph Lauren Linen Skirt in GW and transformed it in to chair covers.
Another project inspired by a designer blouse found at GW, a pretty lampshade cover.
Can you tell I like designer blouses, but not to wear! I love creating something unexpected from them.
9th: Autumn Front Porch
The inspiration for our autumn porch came from a barn sale pitch fork, so glad that I found it.
10th place: Our Deck Reveal
We were finally able to cover the deck, and use it as a three season porch. It was so worth the wait!
I look forward to creating more memories with you!
