To see what I mean, check out Phase One!
BUT THE WORSE PART IS FINALLY

HALLEUIAH!
The next step was to use a Pre-conditioner to the bare wood...
Minwax Pre-Stain Wood Conditioner. Our windows wood were beyond dry.
So this stuff helps to condition the wood, and ensures an even stain.
It was easy to use and work with.
Go figure, and EASY STEP!
You brush on, leave for 5-15 minutes. Then wipe off.
Next, stain your wood within 2 hours.
Here's after 1 coat of stain. Not bad!
This picture is of the non-removable windows inside. I like how they look, a little scuffed up and a little new!
A sneak peek of the top windows inside.
We applied two coats of Polyurethane
I'm pretty HAPPY how they are turning out.
BUT
then I got an idea......Ummmmm!
Mr. Charmer look at me with that "Oh gosh, what she up to now" look!
You'll just have to come back and check out Phase Three
A new twist, and the finale reveal!

I can't keep up with all the projects I have to finish before the year is up. I will be posting soon on my plate rack and wall. It's been in the works awhile.
Thanks for following, I'm so happy to know someone out has actually read my blog!
