Hi everyone, whenever I go to a new town, area or state I look forward to scrounging around for vintage finds. The sister trip I attended last weekend was a great area for some pretty unusual vintage stores. There were two shops that the majority of my scores were found.
Vintage chamber pot I’ll be using as a flower planter.
A gorgeous quilt for my dressing room…a real score for $40 for a full size.
The photo doesn’t show how lovely the child’s day grown is. Taking photos at night which never is a good idea.
Pretty little details around the neck, a great score for $5.
Vintage teapot porcelain trivet.
Now you know how much I don’t need more vintage linens!
Pretty pink vintage handkerchief…so colorful.
A pair of vintage kitchen towels..
Vintage metal milk box. It was priced at $45 and when asking for a discount she dropped the price to $25.00, score!
My milk glass collection is growing and whenever I spotted a piece I don’t have its added to my collection, $3.
The best score of the weekend was this…..
not so pretty at the moment cast iron tub! Remember last year I said I wouldn’t be doing any major project this summer? Well, I lied! We are remodeling both bathroom. This cutie is going to be in the downstair bath. The outside is painted rose which I don’t think I’m keeping and the inside of the tube is in great shape with the feet for $60.
If your like me you love to head our for some vintage finds….Mr. C is telling me I need to purge NOT buy more.
What’s a girl to do?
