I can’t believe that Valentines’ Day is next week already? Where does the time go? Since we rarely go out for Valentines dinner anymore because of the long wait times and noisy restaurants. Since I love to cook and no one cooks as good as me, we’ll be eating at home. We rarely eat dessert but we do have a Valentine’s Day Desserts.
You might know that I don’t like making sweets so typically I use the same ones over and over again.
So today I’m sharing a few desserts I make for Valentines’ Day.
Its a relatively easy dessert especially if you buy your pie crust and only six ingredients. Its a light dessert which I like.
Another good one is,
Another simple dessert using wonton wrappers as the crust. I NEVER use store bought pudding and the chocolate filling is very easy and takes only 15 minutes to make.
If you looking or a appetizer this is a good choice…
The appetizer and desserts “cups” are baked and used for each one. If your looking for something more chocoaltey then will fit the bill..
Even though this is a healthy brownie it doesn’t in any way lack in flavor. Have you ever tried coconut whipped cream? It is so good and compliments chocolate very well. This is also a very easy dessert to make.
A really delicious and chocolatey
This cake is made from scratch and so is the chocolate milk that it uses. But it is so worth it because it is so good. I wrote the recipes as Gluten and Dairy free but you can easily convert it to regular flour and milk.
It is a very moist cake.
If your taste buds are searching for something with apples in it the galette is perfect. As a twist I used pizza dough as the crust..and I really like how it turned out. An easy dessert that doesn’t sacrifice on taste.
I hope I’ve given you some great options for Valentine’s Day Desserts!
