Are you all as busy and I am decorating my home for Christmas? So many holiday tubs to go through, vignettes to create, and holiday cheer to bring to life. Hello friends! I’ve been decorating like crazy this past week. I always love creating vignettes and Christmas is no exception. Our kitchen nook is my favorite spot in the Charmer and I thought it would be fun to create a Christmas kitchen nook shelf. It’s a great way to showcase some of my vintage red transferware. As much as I… Read More

Good morning sweet friends and happy first day of December! More than any other year, this year, I long for an old fashioned Christmas. Christmas is only 3 days away! When I entertain it’s never very formal. You know I love to cook but I’m a totally casual person, and so is my home. If there’s one place I want to be in the Charmer it’s in my Cozy Christmas Kitchen! I love my kitchen, now that doesn’t mean there aren’t things I wouldn’t change about it, there is. But when I walk in to the kitchen I have such a wave of being enveloped in the warmest feeling! So it’s with great pleasure… Read More
I was planning on sharing our Cozy Christmas Kitchen with you, but to be honest I’m feeling a tad tired today. There’s so many photos (300) to edit that I switched gears and I’m sharing Christmas In Our Master Bedroom and Dressing Room.

Merry Christmas! Welcome to A Charming Christmas Dining Room. The theme for my Christmas decor sprung from the knitted stars I’ve been making, and of course a red and white color theme. When I was young Mama always set up a nativity set under the tree. We always had a big tree so it was no problem seeing it snug and tucked underneath…on top a very lovely tree skirt Mom would make.
