Even though I haven’t started any fall decorating I’ve been working on some fall projects. I wanted to create a fall wreath that has a “vintage” natural feel.
It turned out to be a very quick project and completed in under 45 minutes…. but the time to pull/set up your sewing machine isn’t included. Only straight stitching is used in the wreath so no complicated stitching involved!
A pretty burlap bow was added…
with foliage and dried winter berry. Burlap was also added to the outside wreath edge.
Above the door a few pumpkins, cute owl and bird were added.
It’s been so gloomy and hard to get good photos…
This fall I wanted to pull blue into our fall season decor and why the hobby lobby fabric was chosen…not a typical fall fabric…but I felt it had a vintage feel to it.
I was going to add the tutorial today…but the garage cleaning/sale is doing me under. The tutorial will be shared in the next few days.
Do you think it has a vintage feel to it, or if I missed the mark? Be gentle!!
